Operating procedures

1) Open the electric control door of the device, press the "Power Inlet" label, import the power cord, and connect it to the wiring port of the 380V three-phase power supply.

2) Carefully check whether the positioning needle of the large turntable is in the positioning state, and then check whether the transmission V-belt of the motor is removed.

3) Turn on the power, after setting the gear, press the bag start" button, and carefully confirm whether the direction of rotation of the motor is correct. Any two phases can be adjusted.

4) Then install the motor drive V-belt, and carefully check whether there are foreign objects on the large turntable and whether the mechanical parts are normal.

5) After ensuring that it is normal, press the bagging start" button to turn on the machine, let the equipment run for 3-5 minutes without load, and after confirming that the mechanical transmission is running normally and there is no other abnormal noise, the bag can be fed for production
